Monica Gallegos is the founder and President of Stratosphere Beauty, an international business development agency specializing in launching and scaling luxury beauty brands worldwide.  After 20 years working in-house, Gallegos saw an opportunity to accelerate and transform businesses and drive resilient growth through a high-touch, hands-on, bespoke consulting service spanning Market Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Retail, Product Development, and Digital Marketing. Under her leadership, Stratosphere Beauty has transformed and accelerated clients' growth, including Augustinus Bader, Furtuna Skin, and U Beauty, thanks to her strategic insight, bold decision-making, and vast retail network, which includes NET-A-PORTER, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Sephora. 

As a Latina entrepreneur, Gallegos is passionate about leaving the beauty industry in a better place than she found it. She consistently fights for BIPOC representation and equal pay and ensures her clients make diversity a core pillar of their business, spanning hiring practices and campaigns.

Before founding Stratosphere Beauty, Gallegos held senior-level executive positions at Le Métier de Beauté, Sisley Paris, RéVive Skincare, and La Prairie Group.
